Hello Peter – Still no luck – second complaint

Seems Intec College is at it again, I doubt anyone is surprised. This guy has problems with Intec's communication and study material, or rather, the lack there of. A 6 month course and 4 months later, still no study material. I'm starting to think my girlfriend is one of the lucky ones, that only got half her study material sent to her by Intec.

I have been waiting for over 4 months for my study material and still nothing. After reading all the other complaints people have logged against Intec it seems like a problem many students are experiencing. I did request a cancellation but was informed that I had to do it within in 14 days. I am convinced this is put in the contract as Intec know what drama students have to go through to get anything done with them and everyone would be requesting a cancellation. There is no point in emailing your student support as no one could be bothered to reply. I wish your institute would man up to the students and tell them you are experiencing problems and try and give solutions instead of promising things and never delivering. As a company you should be shut down. Intec is unprofessional and a complete disgrace. A 6 month course and on 4 months and counting for study material while you sit with the full course fee. This is completely intolerable.

As you can see, Intec College fails to keep promises. No communication, no study materials, no diploma. Why Intec is even still in business is beyond me.
